This article builds upon the research and finding from Part 1 - Speed Processing Training Significantly Reduces Dementia Risk.
The speed of processing training was computerized, focusing on visual-perceptual exercises. The study had 10, one-hour long training sessions spread over five weeks. Then following up with four, one-hour long training sessions at 11 and 35 months after completing the initial 10 sessions.
